Probably. Is it bright red, fresh blood? Was there any pain when going? It can look pretty dramatic when one bleeds like that!

might be a tear caused by constipation( anal fissure or something?) this is what i have at the moment . nothing much to do apart from uping the fibre intake, plenty of water and i am taking fybogel to try and get rid of it - this is what has worked in the past.
