Anyone else had low PAPP-A result?

I had 12 week scan today and nuchal fold was good (1.4) hCG was normal, baby looked fine, but my PAPP-A was low and they've calculated my risk for downs as 1 in 86 based on this. Busy googling away while deciding what to do next if anything. Would love to hear if anyone else had this and if there are any other explanations for this low result?

TIA

Hello everlong do you mind me asking if you went on to have an amnio or cvs in spite of your low risk result?

Thanks!
You know I feel like a fool because I have been very fortunate to have a low risk result from the nuchal scan, but I am still really worried.
20 week scan didn't indicate any problems but they haven't checked blood flow resistance through the cord....I just feel like I have missed something...or they have missed something. Having a hard time trusting the screening and that everything will be alright but can't justify having an amnio with my low risk result....
I'm not usually this neurotic Confused honest!

When is your baby due?
