What the hell is wrong with it?! Woke up this morning and I have an awful pain in my right cheek, at the bottom of it! Feels like it's badly strained, or someone has given me a good kicking in it! Almost 23 weeks by the way.

If anyone has had anything similar, do you have any tips to get rid of it, or even ease it? I'm working a 12 hour shift tomorrow, most of it will be spent on my feet, and I don't want to be limping about all day!

Could be a touch of sciatica, or baby lying on a nerve.

i will secnd the sciatica for you.

I get sciatica as well, and the physio says that mine is caused by sitting badly, so a nerve gets pinched inbetween 2 discs. Doing a yoga move like cobra helps or even just standing up straight and arching backwards a little bit (carefully). Anything to get your lumbar spine moving.

I find hamstring and glute stretches also help.
