Has anyone used the Babybyes website to order a pram?

Hi
I am planning to buy a Silver Cross pram system and the price of what I want varies quite a lot depending on where you look. There are so many baby equipment sites! (Novice here, expecting first baby!) I noticed all the negative feedback on a Mumsnet thread about one site (Bambino Direct) and so will avoid that one, although it appears to be the cheapest. The next one in price is one called Babybyes. Has anyone had any experiences with them? Also, the other cheaper ones for the pram I want are Baby's Mart and Preciouslittleone. I don't wnat to spend more than I have to but equally would rather a spend a bit more to get proper service.

Any advice would be gratefully received!

I'm thinking of getting a car seat from BabyByes, but haven't been able to find out much about them, except on another forum someone asked a similar question and one of the replies was: "i got my pram from babybyes and some nursery stuff from kiddicare, both great service. cheap too"

According to this page, they are a bone-fide company, but they come out rather badly in a thread on yet another forum

Dither dither - has anyone here used them at all?

Oh, and Baby's Mart appear to be the same people - different company name but same address.

Thanks for this. After doing a bit more research I ended up giving up on all the cheapie websites and ordering the pram from John Lewis, cost more but I know their customer service is good, and I do not have the time or energy to mess around with problems at this stage!!
