me too

drink loads of water, eat enough fruit and veg, use suppositories (anusol) - are they internal or external ones? mine are internal so after going to loo they 'pop' out, sometime bleed sometimes don't, I have to pop them back in with moist toilet tissue (flushable wet wipes) if really sore I don't use tissue paper just the wet ones

also don't strain, makes worse

hope feels bit more comfortable soon x

I remember this, was awful. Agree with above. Maybe jump in a warm bath to soothe area after, I know it's not always possible but sometime is hard to clean properly if sore. I used lots of vasaline. Put a big lump of it 'there' before you go, then dab the toilet roll in it to wipe after.

Get yourself some anusol cream - really is quite magical how quickly it soothes.
