I remember being told during my last pregnancy to sleep on a certain side, but can't remember now which one it was.

And should I also be sitting in a particular way? Or hanging over a birth ball all the time?

Am 30 weeks if that makes a difference.

Lie on your left side if possible (better blood flow to baby etc.). Also when sitting try and keep hips higher than knees to ensure baby doesnt go back to back. Though really you dont need to start worrying about this until around 36 weeks anyway.

Thanks Dinky.

Any idea on when I should stop wearing stilettos?

I remember UFO - upright, forward, open! Doesn't help with sleeping I'm afraid!

That's a good way to remember it - thanks MrsG
