Its been cooked in an oven if it is in a tart. Lovely.

Why would it not be safe?

Go for it, the eggs will be cooked if it's set fully.

Eggs and milk are good for the baby, so tuck in. Think of it like a slightly less healthy quiche.

If it's cooked there is no issue at all.

Even if eggs are not cooked (e.g. soft boiled egg or chocolate mousse etc) then I have to say I've never really worried too much about it provided I know that the eggs used are lion marked (i.e. have a stamp of a red lion on them) which pretty much every egg in the UK is. The lion mark means that the flock has been vaccinated against salmonella - it's not 100% effective but greatly reduces the risk so I have tended to be fairly relaxed (but obviously that's your choice ultimately).
