Itchy nips ...grrrrrr.

I am 25 weeks and since last night my nipples are really itchy .
Help what is it and what can I do ? .

oo feeling your pain hun iv had itchy hot sore cracked nipples since somewhere around 20 weeks when they started leaking! Iv tried everything but found that putting abit of vaseline on my nipples and not wearing a bra as much as possible helped. I think its just all part of the pregnancy hormone thing and dont really know why it happens but make sure to start using nipple cream (you can get this from your chemist) if your nipples crack better to treat it early than try and breastfeed with sore nipples xx

mine itch like mad i'm 33 weeks, i find the tiniest crumbs in my bra are the worst. not a lot you can do.
