Another silly question this time about constipation and indigestion

I am only 5 dpo but have ache in lower back, not done a pooh for a couple of days (tmi!) and am getting indigestion when I have a meal. Probs not pregnant but has anyone else had this kindof sign and this early?

I had very similar symptoms before I found out I was PG
