following on from another broody after dc2 thread...

ok, since i had dc2 who is only 3 months old there have been a number of new pregnancy announcements the latest one just now on facebook status a friend "X is having another baby"

made me feel sick to my stomach with envy...

this will be her 2nd. am i nuts feeling this way? is my broodiness at a psycotic (sp) level now? is broodiness for dc3 a phase or will these feelings not pass until i've had dc3? heeellpp!

dh says 3 is the magic number, we've more or less decided we're going start ttc next cycle as it could take us months to conceive... until then let the rollercoaster begin!! arrgghh

yup. was desperately broody after havcing ds2, despite him being the most godawful newborn imaginable lol

totally! so strange as i never felt this way after dc1! i'm 38 this year maybe its my biological clock banging!!

I am too. My dd is just 2
my ds is 5 months and I am very broody.
Dh insists that he is our last.

I have no idea if the feeling will go away or not. But I knew instantly after dd was born I wanted another straight away. Dh wanted to wait a few years but caved in when she reached 8 month. So we were lucky to get caught straight away.
I have the same feeling now as I did when I had her.

lol at 3 being the magic number. I said this to dh on sunday as my brother and sister and his brother all have 3.
He didnt find it funny.
