You will have a scan and they will measure the feotus (sp) to see how many weeks old it is.

Have you got any idea at all?

The 12 week scan. They can date it then.

MrsSeanBean · 11/02/2009 17:26

You can pay for a dating scan from 7 weeks, that is if you don't have 12 week NHS scans available in your area (we don't).

The MW will also prod your tum as a crude guide. Other than that you could either use your dating scna or wait until you popped and count back 9m if you are in no hurry to know

you can pay for a dating scan from about 7 weeks the earler the better because after 13 weeks fetal size varies and the date will not b as accurate. You will be given a due date and they will tell you how many weeks you are along (this is from your lmp so on a 28 day cycle you will have concieved roughly 2 weeks later than this date) xxx
