Went to see Midwife on Monday and head already well down in pelvis (3rd pregnancy)
Last night all night had dull period type ache at the bottom of my bump. Rest of bump appears to be tightening but not a ctx pain.
Walking around this morning is hard and painful.
I think I know what some of you will say, but it is SO the wrong time to start in labour - DH is not home till later tonight from Dorset...

It does sound like the early stages.
could you contact Dh and try and get him back a bit ealrier?

I am still having these grumblings, but I also had bad news today. My aunt died this morning and I ignored the phone cos I went back to bed
DH is on his way home now. I called him and told him whats happening. I plan an early night and see what tomorrow brings.

Things are better today. Niggly pains seem to have gone and bump seems to have settled down a bit.
