What is the earliest an ultrasound will confirm whether my pregnancy is in the right place?

I had 2 ectopics last year and now am pregnant again (we only found out last night at 10dpo!).

I am going on holiday soon - flying out on the day I will be 6 weeks along (from last LMP). I therefore need a scan before I go just to confirm whether the sac is in the right place and that my tube looks ok. If not, obviously the holiday will be cancelled as I simply can't risk being overseas and something going badly wrong.

If I turn up at the EPAU on 24dpo (so the equivalent of 5.5 weeks from LMP) would the sonographer be able to see anything?

Thanks

I had a scan at 5+3 according to my LMP, doctor said I was measuring 4+3, but that everything was where it should be - so they should be able to tell that it's in the right place very early on.

Thank you. I'll give it a go. It's good to know that I might get a result that early.
