at the front of my pelvis - you know the bit you'd get bikini waxed back in the good old days. Feels bit bruised like someone kicked me there yesterday. Worried it's start of SPD. Any ideas?

does sound a bit like the start of SPD to me. sorry. try as far as you can to take it easy - when going up stairs put one foot on step, hen bring other foot to same step rahter than one above iyswim. mention it to your midwife, she may refer you to physio.

oh dear. our room on the top floor. maybe i should sleep on ground floor - nearer to the kitchen for midnight snacks.... i suppose the hips clicking is bad too. is the physio any good pandaG? what about pregnancy pilates - would that help or be a big no-no...

I found physio helped to a degree, gave me a support belt and some strategies to try.

I don't know about pilates - would have thought it would be good for you as is strengthening the bit that gets weak, but don't know what the professional advice is. Hope you are able to get some help
