I'll be going straight from work so should I change into my jeans? Or wear trakkie bums?

No idea what to expect!!

Thanks.

I always wore trackies and a big baggy t-shirt but some mumies were much more yummy than me and dressed up

I wore a suit... I was coming from work though...

The night of the last one I actually gave birth. DH said 'typical... you get all the info and off you go'.

Our antenatal classes consisted of sitting on uncomfortable plastic chairs and listening (NHS classes). We didn;t do anything 'practical' - none of this sitting on beanbags lark for the NHS .

We did do some physio classes that were more about breathing exercises, relaxation, etc for which we lay on mats on the floor but afair I still wore normal trousers/tops.

Wear your usual clothes to the first one and they will no doubt tell you what you'll be covering during the course.

Thanks! Might just stick to jeans then.

Georgiemum, that's such good timing!

Ah well... I was 'Queen of Procedure and MS Project' when I was working. It all went according to plan...
