Ok, have N.C again....Following on from FANJO TASTING DIFF thread....

Sorry about this, but I outed myself on the other thread so have started a new one.

Yesterday had a bfn.
I did drink last night, but only 2 glasses.

This morning , well about half hour ago, I did another test. And it was a very very faint bfp. I am still not due till tue or wed...

The across way line was dark and the down line was so faint we thought we were imagining it. But compared to yesterdays one, there is something there.

I was going to wait, but just couldn't.

Fango be strong and wait, or buy a pile of the cheap dip tests and do one everyday as I prob would, no practice what I preach wait until Wed at least to do another one

And you checked in the time? I am a serial POAS (have namechanged btw, am regular in other name) and the CB lines start from the left iyswim, so even idf the line is thinner but deffo blue then you may be in luck

FR tests are great for early testing. I got BFP last week before 4 weeks pg with one.

I have a 4 month old and she was a 'surprise'. Just over a year ago I was due to go for a scan for a cyst and thought, for no particular reason, I know I'll use that pregnancy test that I've got lying around, just in case. Well, at first I thought it was negative, which is what I would have expected. But then, I noticed a second line, very faint, hiding in the back ground. This was one day before AF was due. After the scan I took two more tests and they were BFPs!

I had faint line and kept thinking am I imagining it, but as my dh said a lines a line, and shes 2 now!
But I bought the cheap dip ones Theyre about £3, thats the ones the chemist use to do it again to make sure but like you said I couldn't wait, but def do it first thing in morn

I am confused!

What is POAS?

And I dont understand about the lines from the left bit.

If it was a neg then there would be a line going across -(yesterdays test)
but today there was a dark across line - and a very very faint down | line.

The | line is thick in CB, yes? Well sometimes if you are small pg the line is thinner, the dye starts o nthe left of the thick | line iyswim?

I dont know if the down line is usually thick. This one was very very faint.

Almost not there. If we hadn't really studied it, we would have missed it.

Get them in the chemist, pink box they just look like a wee strip of paper dip in pee leave it you get 2 lines for +ve

That's what I had with DD. A very faint line, I had to study it to notice.

If auntie flo isn't due yet then it will be very faint with my dc3 I did it the day before and it was v faint, worked out later I was only just pg

We have to go out now. I may drive by a chemist then...

I wish the others from the other thread could see this but I dont want to link it.

It was psychomum5, Korma, HeadFairy, um lolypopmother, can't think who else...Maybe they'll spot it.

I just looked at the test again. It is so almost not there. But there!

I wish I could have waited. Only did an early test as I was having friends round last night and wanted to know about drinking.

But you are so right. I am just impatient and a worrier and NEED to know things!!!

I agree - wait till you are due your af then test...

BTW I had a whole week of barely there lines before I gave up testing. But it was after af was due. I am now 26 weeks pg.

Haven't done one today. I am going to wait and see if I come on. But I do think the 2nd test was a bfp. Even though it was so faint. Hardly there atall.
