I read 'taking charge of your fertility' when we were ttc and this made me realise that the differing heights of the cervix during the month were what made sex feel different.

Anyhoo, without going into too much detail dh and I just did the deed and I'm pretty sure my cervix was low down...... am I right in thinking this is a sign of impending labour, or have I imagined that...??

I'm 37 1/2 weeks and for some reason I feel like it's about to happen, although I can't explain why!

That book is great isn't it? I am pg for the 2nd time and I used the "method" again to concieve this baby, I hadn't even had an AF after DS's birth as I was breastfeeding but could still see the signs and knew what was going on. My DS was 7 months at the time and I wanted my DCs close together.

You could well be right how exciting, all the best! sex at your stage is certainly a great idea as the sperm softens the cervix and is a better way any day than being inducted in my opinion, I think our sex life was never so active as between weeks 37 and 41 in my pg with DS!

We thought there was a possibility that my waters had gone this weekend (they hadn't) - but I was thinking imagine going into the labour ward being examined only to find out it was sperm. . Glad I didn't have to go in!!!!
