had really bad insomnia for past few months and anxious to try something finally to alleviate the problem a little. anyone swear by hypnotherapy, reflexology etc to help?? if so, anything to watch out for if using in pregnancy? TIA.

hi misschief,

i'd recommend trying reflexology and try to find a therapist who is trained in maternity care.

its a great treatment for reducing stress and anxiety, that lead to insomnia. its also excellent for any other pregnancy related problems, like backache etc etc.

i hope this takes you to a post i did on another thread giving details of what qulaifications to look for .
