ahem, I won't tell you how many weeks I am, don't want to depress you....

oh, and there is also the digging your nail into a fresh whole lemon, that can help me sometimes

I had that when I was pg with ds2 - did enjoy making sure I ate plenty until 3pm when it began to set in for the night though!

I could manage bland carbohydrates so lots of pasta and mashed potato!

It eased by about 18 weeks - hope yours does soon too

I had morning and evening sickness from 6-17 ish weeks, the only think that assisted my nausea was Foxes Glacier fruits or something similar, doc advised this as I wasn't able to eat much and thought the sugar high would help, which it did a little, but to be honest, I think I just had to ride out the storm. Tried everything else, sickness bands ginger biscuits etc nothing worked for me.

Hope it eases for you soon, as it really is very unpleasant...

It's quite common for it to be worse in the evening because you are tired. Can you nap in the afternoon (or at least rest/nap as soon as you get home if you are working)? Basically try all the things that help i.e. keep well hydrated, keep blood sugar steady (so mid afternoon and early evening snacks are vital, don't wait from lunch til dinner time) and try to eat dinner even though you don't feel like it.

As others have said, it does pass and it's just a matter of waiting it out. Hold on!
