Sharp stitch pain..?

Last night as I was dozing off, I had about 5 minutes of sharp, sort of 'hot' feeling stitch pains at the top of my pubic bone?

They aren't constant, but if I stretch a certain way/take a deep breath/sneeze etc, then I get a quick hit of them again..

Is this just things stretching about? Anyone else felt anything similar? I'm 16+4 by the way.

I think this is called round-ligament pain and is very common in the second trimester. I read somewhere that it is particularly common if you cough or sneeze or stand up too fast.
