I've got DS2's horrible stomach upset. Vomited all last night and am in the most god awful pain. My ribs ache, what feels like my kidneys ache and yet I have no diarrhea to speak of, whereas DS had totally liquid poo and still does,

Do I need to worry that the vomiting hasn't eased the pain at all?

I'm drinking as much water as I can cope with without being sick.

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Call your GP and speak to them over the phone. Soudns like you're getting the vom bit of the D&V bug, poor you....

oh poor you. I had this in December when I was around 29 weeks pg and thought I was dying. I couldn't even keep water down for nearly 2 days and was worried so phoned the hospital who reassured me and said I shouldn't worry about it for a couple of days. I had the pain in back/ribs etc for a few days. How many weeks pg are you?
Maybe you should just phone your midwife/ante natal just for a bit of advice.
Hope you feel better soon

Would call for advice as you are in pain, so sorry you've got this and hope you will feel better very soon.

Hi and thank you for the advice/reassurance. Sorry I abandoned thread but I had to go back to bed as it just hurt too much.

The pain is a little less now so I hope by tomorrow I'll be fully better.
