Ectropian cervix diagnosis in 1st trimester

I'm 11 weeks pg, had a large bleed with clots etc over the weekend (sorry if TMI!), naturally thought the worst had happened, had an EPU scan today, and baby is absolutely fine with no evidence of bleeding from that at all. On that basis, i've been diagnosed as having an ectropian cervix, but nobody could tell me how long i was going to continue bleeding for (i'm still bleeding now, though more brown than red in colour, and definitely less than the weekend) - any experience/advice gratefully received!

Bumping for you. Glad the baby is fine.
