Have my first appointment with consultant on Monday - What to expect?

Hi

I am 20 weeks pregnant with my 2nd and had midwife led care with last pg. Due to bad and slow recovery from birth of DD (displaced coxcyx and issues with incontinence requiring physio) I spoke to my midwife about the possibility of an elective c-section this time round. So I now have my first appointment with the consultant on Monday and just wondered what to expect and how to prepare? I want to try and understand why I had the issues I had last time and the risks of a re-occurance or permanent issues with incontinence if I go for another vb.
So what do you think - do I take a list of questions, any research suggested, if he advises against C-section what are my options etc?

Thanks for the bumps ladies. Yes I guess I want to understand the pros and cons of another vb versus a c section, and risk of a repeat of last time (or worse).
