Is this "just" d & v or should I be worried?

Am 39 weeks pg & since 2am this morning, I have had dreadful diarrhoea and have vomited loads 3 times, I even brought up water that I drank about an hour ago.
is this just a bug that will resolve itself, or will it harm baby or is it a sign of stuff happening and that labour may start?

Anyone?

It could be your body getting ready to start labour. It happened to me before starting labour with dd

Thanks sunflower! was admitted yesterday as baby's heartbeat was high, i had high temperature and dehydrated. No baby yet, was released today will be drinking raspberry leaf tea & pestering hubby to bring on baby!
