How common is decidual bleeding?

Have been trying to conceive 2nd dc since June, with no luck. However my last period was very strange, much lighter and a shorter duration than usual. I just assumed I wasn't preg when af came, but I just don't feel 'right' iyswim? Have been reading about decidual bleeding, and was wondering how common it is - how many women think they're getting their period when they're actually preg? It must be pretty rare right?

Will buy a test on the way home from work, but am driving myself crazy. Could I be preg?

I wouldn't like to second guess.

Did you buy a test?

My friend had this for the first 3 months when she was pregnant. Think it is rare, but not that rare

My chiropodist had this throughout her pregnancy with her DS, she never knew she was pg until she went into labor
