Tummy bug

Am 31 wks. Will the horrendous stomach cramps I'm getting cause any distress to the baby??

i had this - kept getting upset stomach & then had very strong cramps one time, later realised they were like contractions. i wish i'd phoned someone at the time - is there a number you can ring, just to get some reassurance? it didn't cause any hamr to baby, but i just worried so much.

at that time, if i'd been able to get to the ohone (couldn't move for pain) i could have phoned the local mat. ward/midwives - they're up all night anyway.

no medical knowledge, but me & dd were fine, it's just worrying.
