Anyone know how to move a baby, my little bump (or not so little) has I think pushed its heels up into my diaphram and won't move them out. He/she is still moving lots and little fists are squeezing in my pelvis but the knees or heels really hurt and I don't know how I'm going to lie down tonight. I'm hoping my waters will go with all this pushing and pulling, but in the meantime I've got two weeks with my ds toddler and wondering quite how I'm gonna make it. Any ideas?

Have you tried sitting up straight, taking some slow deep breaths, making more room for his/her bidy and gently easing feet/kneees into another position?

Get down on all fours, and slowly swing your backside. Hopefully the baby should move, i used to do this in yoga when i was expecting.

Good luck.

i had this with ds2 and again this time with no 3, get hold of a birthing ball (or space hopper if you are desperate!) and bounce on it like theres no 2moro! Eased if for me and it envourages baby to come on down, bonus!!!
