I'm 10wks pregnant, and for the last couple of days, as well as feeling nauseous I've been feeling really bloated. Up till now I've been coping with the nausea by snacking on whatever I fancied. But now, eating anything just makes me feel even more unpleasant. I felt great this morning, until I drank a glass of water - it's been all downhill since then.
Does anyone have any tips for getting rid of the bloating? And does anyone know how little I can eat without it being a problem for the baby? I am obese, so actual calories shouldn't be a problem - just a bit concerned that going into ketosis probably isn't a good thing?
