Claiming Maternity Allowance through the jobcentre?

I'm 35 weeks and trying to finish the application form for my maternity allowance.

It asks me to fill in the 13 weeks I earned the most, but I was paid the week after I earned the money (working for an agency) and I can't decide if I put the date of the week I was paid or the date I earned the money.

Please help, as I can't get through to the helpline number...

I wrote down the weeks I was working as opposed to the week I was paid. I figured they ought to be able to work out that the payslips are all in arrears (most/everyone's are)!

Mind you I'm sending mine today.

Put the weeks you actually worked.
