Laptop use and pg - any risks?

Am sat here stupidly typing on laptop and was just wondering if there are any risks linked to use of wireless internet or laptops and pg. Dh mentioned last night that there had been some press about a link between laptop use and testicular cancer but thinks nothing was conclusive. I don't useit much so probably no problems but was just wondering if anyone knew of any risks??

I think the problems with laptops and testicles are linked to the heat coming out from underneath. As long as it's not propped on your bump, I think you'll be fine.

I did quite a lot of research about this at the beginning of my lazy preg when I sat on the lap top all day! As far as I could tell (though someone may come along and correct me!) no link to anything harmful has ever been found, but the general consensus seems to be, put it on a table top rather thanyou lap. So no lying in bed with the computer balancing on bump! x

oops sorry

I think you're right about the heat issue. No chance of balancing laptop on bump, baby very active and would have something to say about that!!
