I am pregnant with number 3 but its been over 8 years since i had a baby and things change.

What thing can't i eat?

And also how do things work now? A friend said that you don't have many midwife checkups these days?

Any other helpful advice

TBH i'm scared!!!

Congratulations

www.eatwell.gov.uk/agesandstages/pregnancy/whenyrpregnant/ That site is good for any foody questions.

No idea how it works for people who have had kids before, but this is my first and i'll be seeing my midwife at my doctors surgery once a month from 16 weeks up until 8 months, then it'll be once a week. I'm sure you don't have to go to all of them, and to be honest I probably won't unless I feel the need to.
