Chemist Direct..... anybody used this site?

I have ordered a new buggy for my baby, which is due in 3 weeks, from a website called ChemistDirect. They said they aimed to deliver within 5 days and it has been nearly 2 weeks. The money has been debited from my card though. Im worried! Wondered if anybody had used them. They came highly recommended, but now am really panicking.

I have bought other stuff, ie medicines etc from them and found them very good - don't think the stuff arrived that quickly, but it was a good price! It may be they've been flooded with demand, they've been recommended by Martin Lewis many times. I would chase, see what they say.
