I have really bad MS and it's now got to the point where I can't keep anything down or look after my ds, so i think I need to go back to the doc's. I just want to know if the medication actually works and are there any side effects?

I don't know about any meds, BUT I found that 'lemon tea' really helped me.
I poured boling water over a slice of lemon and let it steep for about 10-20 sec, then added a small spoonful of sugar. I drank it like one would tea. The refreshing smell of the lemon (lemon is supposed to help with digestion) and the warmth really helped even as I drank it. I also ate plain salted crackers like these...www.sanza.co.uk/apps/shop//product.asp?pid=3964&scId=408

Good luck. I know it's miserable.

get yourself some sickness bands from Boots, they are like little sweatbands with a bead that goes on your acupressure point to ease sicknes They work, they really do.

Yes go to your GP the medication worked for me, I took it for about 2 weeks. No drink, food or sickness bands worked for me this pregnancy. If you MS is bad then its worth a trip to the GP. However, I still have MS at 30 weeks and its getting worse again so will probably have to take medication again.
