There seems to be no way to contact them.

They have gone into administration

So that is why I can't get on to their website, I wondered why it was taking so long to fix!

they've gone bust (well into administration) - if you paid by credit card that is the best way to get the money back - apply to the credit card company. If it was anouther payment method then you get in the queue with all the to whom they owe money - but bear in mind they have gone into admin as there isn't enough money to service debts (let alone pay them) so you are unlikely to get back much, if any, of what you're owed... sorry

I just phoned a london branch who insist they haven't gone bust but that the website is being worked on, she didn't sound very convinced!! I'm just hoping they have a clearance sale

Rubbish.

They have gone into administration according to the Times last week - so unless they get enough money in to cover their debts to banks etc, you probably wont get your money back. As FYM has suggested, if you paid via credit card, you can get your money back via the credit card company.

Oh shit, I sent my Beaba babycook back to them at the beginning of Jan
