Baby movements at week 28

Does anybody know whereabouts the baby movements should be felt around week 28?
At the moment, the baby is kicking very far down below, and im abit worried that it hasnt turned down yet.

Should it have turned around by now? Does this mean that its going to be breech, or even transverse??

im 28 weeks today. i see a consultant regularly as have had a few complications- he said the baby can keep moving up to 35 weeks, so dont worry about the position of the baby now. I also get very low down kicks (ie behind my pubic area) - from scans it shows the feet are on my cervix, thats why! so dont worry.

I had a Midwife appointment last week, and as this is DD3 she expects that baby will remain free until either just before or during labour. I am 29 weeks now.
Its like baby is having a flaming disco in there! Loads of movement, and in random places.

I'm 26 weeks and feel like I'm only getting kicked lower down, but if I put my hands on my bump I can feel they are actually much higher up.
