I've been having this at night. I think our circulation just goes to pot in pregnancy.

If it's thumb and first two fingers it might be carpel tunnel tho.

My midwife told me you can get "pregnancy carpal tunnel" - just for the duration of pregnancy and then everything goes back to normal. I am getting pins and needles in my hands every night and it wakes me up (like I need any more reasons to be up in the night).

Do your hands/fingers look blue? If so, it could be Raynaud's syndrome (not sure if I have spelled that right)?

I have this too (21weeks). As well as not being able to warm up once I'm cold, I'm really prone to pins and needles. Dr said it is a classic pregnancy thing - more fluid going around your body but not more space for it IYSWIM - Carpal Tunnel, like Verity says. (The worst is nork circulation in this weather - agony if they get cold!)
