I feel really bloated after eating even a small meal. I can't eat for hours afterwards even though i exercise. I am 12 weeks nearly. I am losing weight not because of nausea, but because i just don't need to eat as much, i can get by on one small meal a day and a few snacks.
I can eat more if i just eat fruit and watery things all day...but carbs make me incredibly bloated.
Why the heck is this?
