I'm 18 dpo, and have been testing every day since 10 dpo. I got my first barely visible positive test at 11 dpo, and over the next few days the tests became darker. However, they seem to have plateaued over the last three days. The line is pretty strong, but only maybe half as dark as the control line.

Do you think I should be worried? I realise that I'm behaving like a deranged obsessive, but I'm sure this didn;t happen with my last two pregnancies. I'm kicking myself that I left the boxes of carefully dated +HPTs in the loft of our house down south

congratulations

It is entirly because your being a deranged obsessive and i can recognise the signs so well because i've been there myself

are you using the one step tests, they only get so dark iykwim ?

I'm afraid I have surrendered myself to HPT hysteria

By one step tests, do you mean the ones you just dip in pee? I've been using a variety of shop-bought and ebay cheapie tests.

Are there other more informative tests out there I should be trying??!
