Got stomach bug - extremely painful vomiting at 10.5 weeks

anyone any experience? vomiting every half hour for last 7 hours, keep drinking as the dry vomiting is just too painful. feel absolutely dreadful. when should I worry about the young pregnancy.

I'm not sure I can offer any advice except I had this at about 9 wks and the doc was worried that I couldn't keep anything down, main worry was dehydration, he prescribed anti-nausea tablets which I ended up having to take for 48 hours till I was able not to gag every hour - the tablets are weird you really want to be sick but your body stops you.
If you haven't been able to keep anything down for about 12 hrs then I'd suggest giving gp a call for advice x really hope you're feeling better soon x x
