Well it's gone 6am and I've been awake since 1:30am. This is the first night to be this bad. From about 20wks I've had an average of one night a week that I have to get up, get a milky drink, read for about an hour and then I go straight back to sleep again. But tonight I'm at my wits end. So far, I've:
- eaten something cos I was starving
- had a hot milky drink
- read boring stuff to make me sleepy
- went back to bed to try to sleep
- cried my eyes out
- tidied the living room
- sat down to try and sleep that way as my hips are aching so much from lying in bed
- tidied the kitchen
- puked (sorry, tmi!)
- tried to tire myself out on MN
Aaagh. What do all you folk do to help you sleep at night?
