pre-eclampsia with d and 2 m/c-advice

I had a bad pregnancy with my d 3, pre-eclampsia, she was born by e c-section due to dangerous pre ecl,fetal distress, when she was bornher umbilical cord was black!(no explanation ever given for this). she does now have health probs inc scarring on brain,epilepsy,asthmas,bowel probs. Does anyone have any exp of having a healthy preg after pre-ecl?
To make matters worse plucked up courage to try for another baby and had m/c at 7wk in March then another in Aug at 8wk, so am v worried about trying again?

Okay, so I had severe PET with pregnancy 2 (miscarried pregnancy 1), then had a miscarriage again before I conceived DS, had repeat PET and elective section. It can recur and your risks are higher, but not much.
