Am 24 weeks and haven't put on a lb since I found out I was pregnant, not even with all the over indulgence over Christmas! I'm not skinny or anything, BMI 25, but with my other two DC's I had probably put on about 10 lb by now. I had put on 2 lb but lost that again now! Am eating okay and not being sick.

Should I be concerned?

I lost weight during both my pregnancies

partly because I was very sick but partly because my body was working hard to sustain a pregnancy as well as doing all my normal stuff

so long as your baby gains weight it doesnt really matter if you lose or gain weight

good luck

thanks frasersmummy. to be honest I'm not really worried myself as I have a nice big bump But people keep commenting on it and I lost my bracelet as I've obviously lost weight from elsewhere and it just slid off my hand.

I am running around after 2 very active boys 24/7 this time too so that would explain a lot of it!

I didn't put on a bean of weight with DS until about week 30 and, in total, put on less than a stone (DS weighed just under 7lbs)... I didn't have anything approaching an appreciable bump until about week 34-35.

DS was quite small when he was born, but has gained weight and is right in the centre of the charts now.

i think as long as you are feeling healthy, then things should be fine.

I did have a 35 week 'dating' scan (in part because I just didn't LOOK 8+ months pregnant) but everything was fine..

I think I've lost weight, and although I have a bump I can still wear normal clothes at 20 weeks. I was much bigger first time around, although this time I have a toddler and gestational diabetes, so no cakes.

I am still wearing size 12 jeans too, just under my bump. I do have a bump (think no stomach muscles with it being 3rd!!).

Boobs have grown and face looks a bit fuller but arms/legs, definitely slimmer!
