anyone ordered from kiddicare.com?

I was just about to order travel system from bambinodirect and then read reviews on mumsnet, just in time, because apparently they are awful! anyone had any experience with kiddicare then?

i have used them and they have always been fine.

mumsnet used to do a 10% discount too. but maybe soemthing has gone wrong that I have missed...

kiddicare have recently delivered my P&T buggy and were fabulous.
They were the cheapest on the internet, delivery was very fast, communication was excellent too.
I went through Quidco and got 7% off too.

I ordered the Hauck Infinity system off there. I ordered it at 10am, and It arrived the next day. They phoned the night before to let us know the order was on it's way, which was handy. I liked them (wish I hadn't bought that particular system, but that's another story)

I used them to order the footmuff for my quinny. We had a very long wait for delivery but to be fair the item was out of stock and we did get an email the day we ordered to let us know that there would be a 6-8 week wait for the item. I think the item arrived after about 9 weeks.

Another happy customer here, used them several times and no problems at all. Planning to buy stairgates and bed rails from there later in fact. Usually v quick to deliver too.

An unhappy customer here! Theynwere quite shocking actually, would never use them again! I ordered chicco trio for me. Great pram but they were poop!

I've ordered quite a lot from there over the last 4+ years and never had a problem for big or small items. Prompt delivery and no hitches with anything.
Maybe I've been lucky, but no company gets it 100% right all the time, do they?

I got a buggy from them, and they were fine- texted me to say when it would be delivered, it arrived when they said it would, and got it at a price far lower than elsewhere. Also got a babydan and a car seat from them on two seperate occasions, and had no problems at all.
