Trampolineing while pregnant?

Ive just found out im Pregnant and wondered what folks thoughts are on trampolineing whilst preggers.

Would check it out with your DR, but if it is something you have always done and your fitness level is good - I (AS A COMPLETE NON MEDICAL PROF) would say it's probably fine.

Bit like jogging. possibly not the best thing to take up while pregnant, but if you have always done and are in good health probably fine.
