I have been really ill with the vomiting bug and now I have the worst flu I think I have ever had. I have had alot of high temperatures and then the shivers.My body aches all over, I have had severe headaches so bad that I havent been able to open my eyes properly.
I am 7 weeks pregnant, went to see my Gp today and he said you cant be that bad if you are able to come out for the appointment.He said the usual stuff anout fluids, rest etc.
Is there anything else I should do, I am really quite worried, especailly about being so ill so soon into pregnancy, how will this effect the development?
