Norwalk virus - 12 weeks pregnant

I have been spending the night vomiting and pooing profusely thanks to the Norwalk type virus that is doing the rounds. I am now managing to keep some water down.

I am 12 weeks pregnant and I'm worried that it might adversely affect the baby - how does a fetus cope with that sort of virus? Should I be taking any precautions?

Thanks - I really don't want to go to Docs or anything at the moment because it is so contagious. I don't think I am TOO dehydrated because I am managing to keep water down and I'm still peeing a lot. Thanks for advice! I will definitely go to the docs in a few days.
