help - will I catch chickenpox?

I'm 22wks pg and have never had chicken pox. I'm planning to meet with a friend this afternoon but her children currently have chicken pox. She won't get it as has had it before. Can I still catch it from her or is it safe to meet up (away from the kids)? Be very grateful if anyone knows the answer to this one.

I don't think you could catch it from her...but am not a doctor!

should think that you are ok to meet up with your friend on her own but wouldnt have contact with her children. can be dangerous in pregnancy if you havent had it.
would ring your midwife just 2 check.
my daughter has cp @ the moment i am 36 weeks pregnant phoned mw to check i had cp when young so said safe
