When did you first notice Braxton Hicks?

Hi,

I'm 25+2 and think I noticed BH last night but unsure as is first baby. It felt like trapped wind, very tight for a few seconds and difficult to breathe - then went away. Only happened a couple of times but pretty uncomfortable and a bit scary.... Does this sound like BH?

Yeah I think it did harden. Was so taken aback the first one I didn't feel my tummy, just lay there thinking ouch - I can't breathe! Least I will be better prepared if it happens again now.

Sounds like BH. I started getting them from about 26 weeks with my last pregnancy (never had them in my first pregnancy)
