Is anyone elses morning sickness subsiding at 9 weeks?

Getting a bit worried that my sickness (which I've had for about 2 weeks) has been easing off for the last few days. Is it possible for it to go so early? Last time I was nauseous up to 24 weeks!! Would appreciate your experiences, thanks.

Mine eased at 10 weeks but came back. I'm now 20 and feel pants a lot of the time.

Very common, I believe, for this to happen at this time.

fingers crossed that's all it is then.

Hi musthave,

My MS eased off around week 9/10 for a week, and then came back with a vengeance (worse than ever!!) until about week 13. I believe it is normal.

Enjoy being able to eat for a while, you don't know when the sickness will be back

Mine went at about 8 weeks, I went for a scan because symptoms had disappeared, and everything was fine. The following day, MS came back with a vengeance!

I'm now 12 weeks and it's gone completely.

Lucky lucky lucky

I'm 28 weeks and my MS has been hanging around the whole itme, although a lot better from week 21 onwards

Acceber · 19/12/2008 10:34

Yes

I was the same - my sypmtoms died down at 8-9 weeks. Had my scan yesterday and everything is fine, saw the little thing wave!

I suppose I should be lucky but it's weird not feeling as you would expect to feel when pregnant!

Thanks everyone. Will try and just be grateful. Off to stuff my face while I can....

I am still feeling a bit rough, now 12 weeks, would love to not feel so ill. Loss of appetite isn't great at the moment. First pregnancy, I had no sickness at all.

Wish this pregnancy was different.

I am the same as the other girls. Mine eased almost completely at 9 weeks (at least the nausea did) and then this week (11 weeks) I have been throwing up almost non-stop.

magnummum · 19/12/2008 13:00

Mine eased at 10 weeks (stopped at 13 with Dd) and haven't had it back! just sinusitis, colds etc...

brettgirl2 · 19/12/2008 18:09

Yes, mine eased at 9 weeks, but came back with a vengence at 10.

lolianja · 22/12/2008 16:39

Mine did this. It was only ever mild, started around 5/6 weeks, lingered for less than a month and then vanished. Am now 30 weeks and save the odd "off" day, it hasn't reared its head since.

MIne too. Was gone completely by 9.5 wks. Feel fine mostly now (am almost 20 wks). I was worried too as mine lasted much longer with both other DC's but this one is the 'other' sex from the first two so maybe that is something to do with feeling much better this time?
