Has anyone else had cervical erosion bleeds when Pregnant but never before??

I've a couple of small blood shows over the last few weeks and had early scans and everything is fine.

Had sex for the first time in weeks the other day and immediately there was blood all over me and DP. Had another scan today and again all is fine with baby.

The blood after sex kind of makes me feel better and that it is cervical erosions. Been told no sex till after 20week scan (which is fine by me)

I'm almost 11 weeks now.

Any experiences of this??

Yes! Had cervical ersosion bleeding in both my pgs ... have had it occasionally since, but nothing much.
Have they defn diagnosed erosions or is that your/their best guess?

The first 2 times it was like clear discharge with bright red blood streaked through it, then the next time it was same but with pink and dark red dischargy bits, like the end of a period. Last time was after we'd had sex and it was everywhere!

Not actually bleeding onto knickers or underwear or anything like that but just when wiping.

So so sorry if that was TMI

My sister had it through her last 2 pregnancies but not with her 1st IIRC
I can ask her if you want some more info just let me know. I think it is sometimes called an ectropian and or endomic [sp?] so may be worth searching for that too as I know she also uses this forum so may be some info on it

Hi, I have had this. Diagnosed by a Dr who did a vaginal examination at 16wks after some bleeding. He says as pregnancy progresses it sometimes becomes more apparent. Mixed in with normal pg discharge it can look worse than actually is. Can't help about the sex bit cos after 3 mc's in a row DH and I were taking no chances!

yes, that was me, both pregnancies, never at other times, both babies fine.

I had cervical erosion when pregnant but not before.

I bled twice spontaniously at 8 and 14 weeks ( scanned at 8 weeks & all ok) and after sex so i just banned sex coz it was stressing me seeing the blood.

I also bled a couple times in the week before i found out i was even pregnant after sex.

Baby born healthy and fine and erosion has gone.

I wasn't too worried but you've all made me feel better now!

I won't be having any more sex and I can't say I'm that bothered to be honest!
